**Summary**

DHL is hiring an Intern HR Analyst to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team.
In this role, you will give support to other areas with useful costs information, budget and estimations related with personal expenses.
A HR analyst has the responsibility to manage Data employee and documentation, so might be very careful and practical person.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage employee Data and documentation
- Performing other duties and work on special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Studies in Business Administration or HR
- English language (85% or higher)
- Proficiency with Excel tools.
- Strong research skills required.
- Ability to think strategically, make recommendations.
- Culture awareness.
- Possess strong attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.
- A high degree of confidentiality.
