This is a temporary position.This is a temporary position.Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of technical projects as assigned.Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for medical devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency.Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.Assist in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.Participate in the evaluation and validation of manufacturing processes.Support the documentation and standardization of manufacturing procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing best practices.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge Power BI, EXCEL.0 years of experience required or prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.Bilingual English - Spanish Communication.Knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing methodologies.
Nice to Have Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interest in the medical device industry and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
