**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- This is a temporary position.
- Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.
- Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of technical projects as assigned.
- Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
- Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
- Support the Human Resources Manager and Team through completion of daily HR-related tasks including filing, office organization, project coordination, creation of employee communications and events organization, support in the Hiring process, Onboarding, creation of letters or others.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Student advanced in Bachelors undegree required; related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
- 0 years of experience required

**Nice to Have**
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook), or others like Canva, LinkedIn, etc.
- Available for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.
(preferred).
- High level of integrity and accountability, curiosity, and inquisitiveness.
