**About the role**
Arkose Labs is looking for a seasoned Manager/Sr Manager of Integrated Campaigns and Programs who will manage both the global campaign and a supporting media program portfolio.
Through well-orchestrated campaigns, you will increase awareness of the Arkose brand and elevate buyers' experiences in our key market segments.
You will be responsible for helping the marketing team meet their quarterly pipeline targets for all regions.
You will report directly to the VP of Growth, and you will work closely with the VP to align the Demand Gen plan with regional sales leaders, implement best practices in campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with and be supported by the ABX, digital, web, product marketing, content marketing, global events, and marketing operations teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Participate in and contribute to the global campaign roadmap and execution planning.
Communicating the plan effectively with key stakeholders, including the sales, marketing, product, and customer success leadership teams.
- Partnering closely with the ABX team in accounts-based campaign planning and execution.
- Diversifying and strengthening our paid media program portfolio to maximize our conversion rate and pipeline impact.
- Building scalable paid media programs that meet regional marketing requirements and selecting industry publishers based on target audiences and outcomes.
- Tracking campaign performance metrics closely by channel, persona, content, use case, program vendor, and more.
Sharing insights and driving optimization efforts cross-functionally.
- Acting as a sales enablement evangelist within the marketing organization.
Providing campaign training and resources to enable our global sales team.
- Drive excellence in our campaign operations and reporting.
Offering feedback and advice for improvements.
**Requirements**:
You must have:
- At least 3 years of integrated campaign and program management experience in marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
Experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention space is a strong plus.
- Experience with PPC
- Well-versed in interpreting marketing analytics.
Knowledgeable in the core marketing tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Outreach, LeanData, BrightTALK, 6Sense, and attribution tools (Full Circle Insights or Bizible).
- Experience partnering with the sales team to drive alignment and partnership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset, and be willing to experiment and improve.

- Driven to work in a fast-moving, high-growth company, to own and design programs, and to make a meaningful impact on the success of the business.
- Able to travel occasionally to support corporate or territory events.
