**PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies, programs, and activities to drive business results.
- Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for new products/features.
- Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns to generate high market impact.
- Lead product launch planning and message creation by working with key stakeholders, including outside agencies (as needed)
- Create and execute customer-focused messaging based on product and solution differentiators, audience personas, and buyer's journey for target customers and industry segments.
- Lead the development and tropicalization of customer-facing materials and provide sales channels with relevant tools.
- Analyze integrated marketing performance, measure and communicate results, and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
- Understand and articulate the critical brand message for product lines. Serve as Emerson brand stewards by planning and executing strategies designed to strengthen Emerson and Measurement Solution's brand position and increase sales of Emerson products and services.
- Lead the effort to gather segment-specific market intelligence on products, customers, or competitors. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in line with product management objectives.
- Steer and coordinate the execution of cross-functional projects involving Product Management, Global Education with pieces of training, and Digital Customer Experience teams, as appropriate.
- Foster collaborative, integrated working relationships across key stakeholders to achieve business strategy and growth jointly.
- Leadership on Marketing Leads Management process, including leads performance cross campaigns and LAM countries, aiming to increase progress fluency and conversion rates.
- Leads the strategic planning process, developing Integrated Marketing strategies and priorities.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- B.S. Degree in marketing, business or equivalent
- MBA or similar desired but not required.
- Five years of industry experience as a marketing leader.
- English level C1; Portuguese is a differentiation.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe, Eloqua and Oracle.
- Strong Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel skills
- Team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 30% to 50%.
