**The Job....**
- Own the instructional materials for all of our Customer Care roles, including presentations, job aids, knowledge checks, and nesting programs
- Help develop engaging curriculum, maintain materials, and continually evaluate and improve the programs
- Analyze the effectiveness of these programs and incorporate feedback from learners, trainers, master trainers, management to ensure the best outcomes
**You....**
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, or Adult Education
- Self-starter with the ability to own projects from beginning to end
- Experience with A.D.D.I.E.
instructional design process
- Experience evaluating training with an eye towards continual improvement
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in Learning Management Systems, E-learning authoring, technical writing a plus
- Experience in call centers a plus
