Instructional Designer

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop instructional materials that meet those needs.Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training and job-aids.Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create high-impact learning experiences.Utilize various multimedia tools and learning technologies to enhance the learning experience.Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure alignment with business objectives.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and learning development.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of developing effective learning solutions for a global audience.Excellent English level (C1)Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and best practices in learning development.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of data analytics and learning metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.Please note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
