**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- You will work with Learning Strategists/Consultants and Subject Matter Experts to understand and assess the requirements for classroom, virtual or on-line self-paced education solutions.
You will be required to craft storylines and articulate the overall learning approach outlining modules/lessons, defining learning objectives and instructional strategies, identifying delivery media, opportunities for practice, reinforcement, and assessment methods and putting these all together into a coherent design for developing and/or assembling solution content.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Very proficient with MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Medium to advanced experience in Learning Simulations and Learning Video Solutions.
- Ability to write, curate, and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and usability.
- Demonstrates ability to evaluate and design for the interactions between language and design elements to construct a logical, compelling narrative throughout user/client journey.
- Ability to clearly organize information and communicate with advanced English level.
- Basic project management skills such as tracking tasks, estimating time commitments and managing schedules and how to develop information across a blend of delivery methods.
- **Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Graphic Design knowledge via Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing with Adobe Premiere or Camtasia.
- Knowledge of UX Tools like Axure or Adobe XD.
