Inspector Ii, Receiving - Cr

Proficient in performing all duties and responsibilities of an Inspector I,Receiving – CR.
Ensure raw materials, sub-assembly and final assembly quality and compliance with specifications and procedural requirements.
Assist with the testing activities of pre- and post- sterilization and the release of product to Finished Goods.
Perform quality inspection and training functions for new products.
Job duties:Perform and document QC inspection activities to assure conformance to specification and procedural requirements.
Provide support and direction to Receiving Inspector I's (RI I) regarding inspection priorities based on production goals as required.
Provide feedback to QA, Operations, and R&D on quality issues.
Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Execute, review, and close Build Records.
Assist in the Testing activities of pre- and post- sterilization and the release of product to Finished Goods.
Perform inspections and release of raw material and finished product in the ERP system (JDE).
Perform product testing and test method.
Perform special projects as directed.
Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
