Smartsheet is seeking change agents to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for increasing software sales and driving expansion across a territory of accounts. You will be motivated, passionate, and opportunistic. Trust is one of our core values, and as an organization, we execute that core value by maintaining and innovating on systems, processes and programs that secure our customers' data.You Will:Exceed software and services sales quotasEngage and qualify inbound leads and inquiriesDevelop and prospect new opportunities with existing customers in your territoryBuild executive awareness, sales pipeline, and bookings growth within your territoryBalance both solution-based sales processes along with high transactional business.Track and utilize key metrics in order to forecast sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records in Salesforce leveraging MEDDICC qualification guidelinesOther duties as assignedYou Have:1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the software or technology sector1+ year experience managing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environmentAptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goal from assigned territory or set of accountsAbility to prospect for cross-selling and up-selling potential within existing book of businessKnowledge of LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Docusign, Outreach, TableauPassion for working with new technologies and technical conceptsAbility to deal well with adversity; remaining driven and resilientExcellent written and oral communication skills, B2 English Proficiency Level or higherDegree in Publicity, Marketing, Sales or Business Administration preferred or relevant work experience in sales.
