**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Initiate, build and maintain relationships with customers by providing complex product solutions and services.
- Inside Sales functions as a liaison between support teams and Sales Managers handling to fulfill issues related to sales processes.
- Plan promotional strategies and events with customers
- Negotiate special and standard pricing with customers
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions in CRM tools
- Handle customers' incoming requests, provide necessary support, and provide proposals based on customer specified information
- Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
- Understanding different teams' processes to provide software licensing and hardware assistance through different platforms
- Create relationship with clients and work with the Territory Managers and the US sales teams
- Collaborate proactively in the education of clients and the creation of modules with information on our processes, products, and services
- Create monthly business reviews with the progress and results that will be presented to the managers and directors of the business
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of previous customer service, account management and inside sales experience
- Previous customer relationship management experience
- Proficient end-user IT skills including MS Office, Outlook, SAP & SFDC
