Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts.
Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client specific solutions.Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision.Leverages TD executives for support.Essential Duties & Responsibilities RequiredProactively manages accounts by evaluating product mix and profitabilityMakes adjustments to meet TD profitability objectivesIdentify appropriate opportunity to sell TD full portfolio of products and servicesDevelops strategic business plans, and effectively present to TD management.Provides regional level direction in the absence of the managerOn a daily basis provide team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etcViewed by supporting departments management teams as a change agent and subject matter expertManages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customersAssists associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issuesHelping resellers get best pricing / deals through alliance with internal TD departments; informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; forming relationships; providing proactive business solutionsRequires high level of interpersonal and collaborative skillsIdentifies, develops, and implements business opportunities through customer facing activitiesDemonstrates detailed account knowledgeCreates business plans to uncover new opportunities, and increase TD SYNNEX's sales and profitsRepresents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners, customers, and supporting departmentsRepresents TD SYNNEX at business partner eventsPerforms additional duties as assignedMeets attendance and punctuality standardsQualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working ConditionsAble to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence for Management.Able to coach others in the development of their skills.
