The Innovation Program Sr. Analyst is a key member of the FRSS Strategy & Execution Team.
The Innovation Program (ICGI) aims to design, implement, and continuously improve a compelling innovation strategy within the Integrated Controllers organization (Controllers + FRSS), guided by our 3-step approach for innovation: Educate, Ideate, Innovate.
The final objective of the program is to enhance innovative thinking around the organization, thus promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family.

**Responsibilities**:
- Promote the adoption of an innovation culture across FRSS and Controllers by closely working with the teams to increase engagement in program related campaigns and events.
Continuously assess the Bright Idea tool for improvements and raise requirements with the technology team.
- Be the point of contact for all program-related stakeholders and employees in the APAC and EMEA regions, for program-related inquiries and campaigns.
- Create program-related communications and marketing material, in coordination with the Integrated Controllers communications team.
- Create and maintain the team's storage and communication channels (i.e.
DLs, mailboxes, Collaborate Site, etc).
- Support the meritocracy process related to the innovation program, including the identification of winners, distribution of rewards, reports, and budget control.
- Organize trainings and events on innovation and digital acumen to the Integrated Controllers organization according to the defined strategy.
- Continuously assess the ICGI program and propose improvements and best practices as needed.
- Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of the program.
- Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the program, for example, gamification campaigns, communication, education events, and support Bright Idea Tool.
- Identifies and resolves problems using autonomous judgment.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned**Qualifications**:
- 6-8+ years professional experience in bank services.
- Bachelor's/University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Collaborative with project team members, peers, and business partners; open-minded to different opinions and diverse perspectives.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
- Motivated and self-driven, ability to multi-task productively, and result orientation.
