Successful candidates for the internship program will gain valuable experience in the medical device industry, which could shape their career decisions and create future employment opportunities.What will your objectives be?Provide sustaining with guided supervision in the following tasks:Operations video recordingTime study of the Creation of line balanceLabor standard calculationLine Inventory definition (WIP)Layout drawing and ImplementationSavings calculationSPQDC change control of Standard work Kaizen eventsStandard work and 5'S visual sheets developmentValue stream mapping KaizenSpace release kaizen eventsWhat will you need to be successful?Education: Active students in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Competencies:English Proficiency over 50% (A2+ according to CEFR).MS Office basic proficiency (Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Basic skills for the use of simulation tools or models (eVSM).Basic Statistical Analysis abilitiesBasic Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System)Basic Detailed production process knowledge and detection of improvements/elimination of waste (Enter clean rooms and work with manufacturing engineers).Skills: assertive communication, teamwork, good interpersonal relationships, results-oriented, time management, analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail.You.
