We are hiring for CRAT Capacity IE.
- Industrial Engineers plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
- Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
- Develop solutions to problems using the previous gained experience.
- Discipline attentiveness to detail and willing to work under limited supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team work and influencing skills.
**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications,**
- Bachelor or Licenciatura Degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering or related fields.
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience working in ATM Intel environment (Factory).
**At least 1 year of experience in the following**:
- Problem Solving Methodologies, Data analysis such as Jump JMP, Structure Query Language (SQL), Pathfinder, Agile, others.
- Reporting and Data Monitoring.
- Driven capacity and efficiency cost improvement projects.
**Preferred Qualifications,**
- Knowledge of asset management.
- Knowledge of test equipment and their functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing capacity management in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in capacity planning and capital equipment management.
- Knowledge in purchase order creation and placement.
- Manufacturing environment.
- Factory Physics knowledge.
