We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **Implementation Coordinator (CMMS/ERP) **to join our team:
- **Location**: Costa Rica
- **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm
- **Work model**: 100% remote
**What is your day to day?**
- Provide a strategic guidance on the implementation and support of technology solutions as a trusted partner.
- Offer CRE solutions, products and technology platforms leading in the market for the facilities management.
- Look for easy adoption of the products implemented in the parties involved.
- Manage the MX & GLA IT Client Success Platform Support Team in such a way that it generates growth for the company and retains talent.
- Provide technical support for the CRE technological solutions offered in the accounts.
- Ensure the availability of training and support materials for the adoption of the implemented tools.
- Ensure that the technological solutions implemented are being used correctly and efficiently, meeting the needs of customers.
- Lead the support team providing constant feedback and the necessary tools to ensure the best support to the accounts and the growth of each member.
**Desired experience and technical skills**
- Proficient/Fluent in English - Spoken & Written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of five years' experience in consulting in the real estate commercial services industry, preferably with a broad range of knowledge in technology and operational functions.
- Proven track record of managing IT Services Management Teams, IT platform advisory services including strategy development, requirements development, vendor / solution evaluation, projects implementation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate and Asset Management industry best practices, across multiple disciplines.
- Strong organizational skills including proficiency with standard office suite, presentation software and cloud technologies.
- Strong planning, analytical skills and results oriented profile.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- IT Service Management experience (ITIL certification preferred)
Pay: ¢1,500,000.00 - ¢1,700,000.00 per month
