**Impact and Structure Expert - Financial Management (AF) and Human Resources (TH).**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate the different scenarios that arise in order to propose and address concerted institutional solutions.
- Diagnose with a deep focus on institutional change and/or improvement, the scenarios that arise in order to identify risks, as well as propose and execute timely mitigation plans.
- Ensure smooth communication with all project parties, including stakeholders and interested parties.
- Define and validate the tool for the survey of organizational impacts related to the implementation of the Financial and Human Resources system.
- Survey the impacts and areas impacted by the implementation of the Financial and Human Resources system; and identify and define a proposal for closing the gaps in the organizational structure resulting from its implementation.
- Participation in meetings established under the project governance model.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in the design of organizational structures derived from digital transformation processes.
- Experience in at least one project related to the design of the organizational structure of Financial and Human Resources administration.
- Demonstrated experience as a leader in organizational restructuring in at least 3 projects in the government sector in institutions with more than 1000 employees with union representation and pressure groups.
- ** Must **have excellent oral and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**.
