Immigration Client Service

From moving to a new country, to starting a business, to buying a dream home, we guide diverse people to go beyond their comfort zone.**Responsibilities and Duties**:- Build trust with the client through face-to-face meetings and calls with clients.- Coordinate and advise the applicant on the temporary or permanent residency process.- Organize, plan and update daily tasks required for immigration case management.**Requirements**:- C1 English level or higher (CEFR) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Student of administration or law (or similar matters)- Minimum two years of experience in customer service.- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.- Able to work independently and manage time/schedules effectively.- Ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize to others.- GAM accessibility.
