The Data Tracing Lead team member within ICG is a position responsible for leading the identification and retrieval of source documentation to support the assessment of data quality in key regulatory and management reporting, in partnership with Operations, Technology, ECDO Quality Testing Services, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, and External Regulators.
Their day-to-day responsibility will be to lead a pod of Analysts to locate and validate the quality of source documents (i.e., trade confirms, facility agreements, etc) and product processor screenshots (i.e., Flexcube, Oasys, etc) retrieved from business SMEs.
Additionally, they are expected to work within a team that implements improvements to the sourcing process by building a knowledge base of various financial products such as Derivatives, Securities, Loans, Bonds, Deposits, Cash & Due, etc.

ICG CDO Data Tracing (DT) team is looking for talented individuals to join their global team managing the retrieval of source documentation to assess DQ accuracy working with SMEs across the ICG Business.
**Key Objectives Include**:
- Supervise workload assignment and tracking for team of Analysts, reporting to the Data Tracing Manager
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of a site team, including workload management and coaching staff
- Lead meetings with senior stakeholders and functional partners
- Coordinate metric updates to management to report real time doc sourcing progress
- Support the build out of a knowledge database of source documents
- Support implementation of the Target State Operating Model including finding areas of improvement in current state process
- Provide product expertise to improve the efficiency of the current Document Sourcing process
- Identify systems of record for source documentation
- Ensure KPI's are deployed and effectively managed in-line with operating model
- Proactively identify and manage risk
- Develop wide exposure to multiple business and product lines
- Implement iterative process improvements to the Document Sourcing Quality Assurance/ Validation process
- Provide input and requirements for strategic solution for document sourcing

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of professional work experience, with a significant component of this within financial services
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership qualities required for mentoring & advising Analysts on key decisions & rationale
- Demonstrated Data Analyst skillset
- SME Knowledge of any financial products such as Derivatives, Securities, Loans, Bonds, Deposits, Cash & Due, etc.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proven record of process improvement implementation, with demonstrated problem-solving and business analysis skills
- Experience in areas such as Operations, Middle Office, Risk, Finance
- Experience in data quality assurance and regulatory reporting is desirable
