Some key responsibilities include: Leads the data management systems for all employees and HR indicators through Softland platform, ensuring best in class practices.
Leads the recruitment of high-impact technical positions and operational levels.
Supports the deployment of the talent management process, ensuring all stages are completed.
Provides constant coaching to people managers and employees on labor relations and promote compliance with policies and procedures.
Leads Engagement initiatives, creating and executing action plans that have an impact on the company. Create best practices in human resources processes, which can be replicated to the rest of the sites. Support internal and external audit processes. Lead high impact projects for process improvement in the area.
Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.
Demonstrated high performance of at least 4 years in generalist roles Experience managing HR integrated systems and process improvement Preferred experience of at least 2 years in highly regulated at the manufacturing industry English level B1, B2 High competencies in creating collaborative environment, leadership, problem solving and exceptional communication abilities at all levels Benefits Highly competitive package in a high engaging culture
