The Human Resources Process Owner is responsible for conducting a variety of standard procedures related to the operations of the human resource function including the delivery of the new hire onboarding session, addressing Tier 1 policy/procedure questions from employees, benefits administration, and maintenance of the employee files.
Additionally, this role provides support to the Human Resources Leader and other members of the Human Resources team with the execution of special projects.
**What you'll do**:
- New hire On-boarding: Responsible for delivering the onboarding sessions for new hires.
Sessions are delivered both in-person and virtually.
This process includes preparing all the materials for the session as well as the follow-up tasks to complete employee enrollment in various company benefits and services.
This role is expected to propose changes to the design and material of the session to keep it fresh and relevant.
- Benefits Administration: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of employee benefits and services administered by the Human Resources team.
This includes enrollment management into each benefit/service, utilization tracking, budget control, and vendor management.
- Employee archives/files: Responsible for maintenance of physical employee archives/files.
This includes creating files for new employees, properly sorting and storing relevant documentation generated during the employee lifecycle, and relocating the files of former employees to the remote storage.
- Support the Human Resources Leader and other members of the Human Resources team with the execution of special projects.
**What experience you need**:
- College graduate
- Bilingual English B2 level or higher
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Administration roles
