Main Job Duties/Responsibilities (List most important first)
- Supports and maintains Dayforce HRIS including but not limited to system administration, configuration, assessing and resolving HRIS problems.
- Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades and patches.
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data, and creating and running various audits.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports for HR and other departments.
- Work with end users by providing training, documentation and support as necessary.
- Identify and document technically-based process improvements that leverage technology and reduce manual efforts
- Oversee Ceridian Dayforce HCM support portal and tickets.
- Responsible for monthly Dayforce and HR network folder security audits
- Serve as a primary support point of contact for users of HRIS technology, including users, managers, and employees.
- Assist with training new system users. Participate in the development of communication and training materials for use across the organization. Assist in training existing users on new processes and functionality. Perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist with the overall design, implementation, delivery and support of the organization's HR systems and related procedures and documentation to ensure successful adoption of HR technology throughout the agency.
- Builds and delivers integrations between HRIS and other systems (both internal and external).
- Supports others using systems - designs and delivers training, report configuration, and process documentation.
- Supports security configuration and management to ensure appropriate control of access to data and system.
- Supports and may develop reporting metrics and measurement activities across a wide range of HR activities.
- Responds to ad hoc reporting requirements timely, ensuring reporting deadlines are met as expected.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
- Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
- Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
- Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
Knowledge / Education
- Bachelor' s degree in Information Systems.
- Master degree is a plus
Work Experience
- 2-3 years of related experience in HR systems
Skills / Competencies
- Ceridian Dayforce experience required
- Microsoft Excel knowledge: V-lookups and pivot tables
- Extremely strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills to solve technical or process-related problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
- Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst
