Job DescriptionThe role supports our Global Workforce Mobility program, involving the service management for Immigration, Relocation, Global employee Taxes as well as Travel Card & Expenses areas.Key responsibilities: Responsible to support/run the audits, reconciliations of suppliers and employees' payments related to the Global Workforce Mobility Programs.Utilizes forensic audits, systems and reporting to detect instances of pending/missing payments, fraud, illegal financial activity or Code of Conduct violations. Support DTPs (desktop procedure) documentation in line with operational delivery. Follows BCP (business continuity plan) requirements and drills. Supports quality initiatives such as BPM (business process management), quality defects and collaborating on root cause analysis.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
