**Job Description**:
This is a full-time, hybrid position (minimum 3 days/week in office); our office is located in Heredia. Remote work location must have high-speed internet access.
**Responsibilities**:
- Fielding of employee relations inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner and escalate critical matters in a timely fashion to the appropriate resource
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and career development
- Manage and accurately process team member and organization updates in our HRIS system (Workday) to capture new hires, terminations, job changes, pay changes, incentive/bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Partner and communicate effectively with management
- Proactively manage, coach and recommend resolutions to a range of employee issues
- Create and implement performance plans, employee relations initiatives, or investigations to ensure a positive and fair work environment, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring risk mitigation
- Enhance the employee experience by resolving issues promptly, recommending new programs and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- Ensure exit interviews are conducted for departing employees and any company
- issued, badges and equipment are returned
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English languages.
- 2+ years Human Resources experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good sound judgement
- Partner and communicate with senior management
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Workday
- Previous experience working in global technology organizations
