Remote work location must have high-speed internet access.**Responsibilities**:- Fielding of employee relations inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner and escalate critical matters in a timely fashion to the appropriate resource- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and career development- Manage and accurately process team member and organization updates in our HRIS system (Workday) to capture new hires, terminations, job changes, pay changes, incentive/bonuses, leaves, and absences administration- Partner and communicate effectively with management- Proactively manage, coach and recommend resolutions to a range of employee issues- Create and implement performance plans, employee relations initiatives, or investigations to ensure a positive and fair work environment, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring risk mitigation- Enhance the employee experience by resolving issues promptly, recommending new programs and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.- Ensure exit interviews are conducted for departing employees and any company- issued, badges and equipment are returned**Requirements**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English languages.- 2+ years Human Resources experience- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good sound judgement- Partner and communicate with senior management- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Experience:- Familiarity with Workday- Previous experience working in global technology organizationsAs a global organization, Datasite knows that diverse perspectives are essential to our success.
