**You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:

- Manage and lead a 26+ person regional HR team, including Sr. HR Managers with teams in Costa Rica, Mexico & Argentina that support the region and US Groups.
- Participate and/or Co-Lead Regional, Country or Site Leadership Bodies with HR and Business Leaders, Corporate Affairs and others
- Provide proactive and effective solutions to employees, managers and leaders around human resources and employees challenges.
- Envision, plan, and execute direction and funding requirements as it relates to all scale activities for each country and regionally to drive Intel's people strategy.
- Coordinate complex stakeholder relationships and implements systems that address demonstrated business needs.
- Build a strong, inspired team through active coaching, development, collaboration, and role modelling that will deliver results across Intel.
- Assess intangible variables to identify and evaluate fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the HR and Business Units' functional areas, business strategies, and the company's goals and to know clients and anticipate their needs
- Create a clear, compelling, and aligned talent strategy.
Select, develop, and evaluate talent and direct the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, service areas, or sub-teams.
- Implement effective and successful leadership of both globally aligned and distributed teams
- Create a culture of agility and innovation where ideas for growth are encouraged across boundaries for the good of Intel.
- Enable and drive both large
- and small-scale changes in organizations and monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies implemented
- Support the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN and growth mindset principles, efficiency, effectiveness and upskilling across Business HR.
- Role model and cultivate the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect, and inclusion.
- Effectively partner and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key agenda items such as workforce planning and capabilities, People Strategy and Diversity and Inclusion.
- A principled and energetic approach to partnering with the business in HR related matters.
- Strong global leadership skills demonstrated with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales and organizational results.
- Effective communicator, with a drive for excellence.
**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 10+ years related experience.
Or, Master degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 8+ years related experience.
- 15+ years of experience in the following will be considered in lieu of a degree: Employee Relations / Organization Diagnosis and Design / Leadership Development or Coaching / HR Basics: Training and Development, performance management, change management.
- 5+ years working across Central and/or South America
- 5+ years of experience working in a Multinational Company, including work assignments or extensive travel outside the home country.
- 5+ years of experience in:

- Developing and deploying talent strategies to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles
- Employee Relations and good knowledge of the local labor law and HR practices/procedures is essential
- Managing a large team and building first line manager capability.

**Work Model for this Role**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
