Human Resources Director

Our Costa Rica Operation is seeking a HR Director to take on a leadership position in our team.
This role will include leading and creating routine functions of the Human Resources department including recruiting, performance management, payroll, rewards, and recognition programs, compensation, and benefits.
This role will create policies and procedures and will ensure that the operation is compliant with local labor law legislation

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
Master's a plus 10+ years' experience of progressive HR experience ADVANCED English level (MUST) Experience working within an international, multi-site organization Strong knowledge of all HR competencies Strong business acumen and proven record working with & coaching diverse stakeholders and translating complex information across functions Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including engagement and inclusion, performance & talent management, organizational design, compensation, and the HR regulatory environment Track record of effectively handling complex employee relations issues, and addressing sensitive information and difficult situations with tact, discretion, and confidentiality Strong project/program management experience with ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders & competing agendas in a changing a fast-paced environment.
Self-directed and able to balance demand and capacity.
Leadership and teambuilding skills Effective problem solver, resourceful in finding solutions Excellent interpersonal skills including effective communication, collaboration, and influencing Tech-savvy with experience in using HRIS systems; Workday a plus.
