We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator; this position plays a key role in
providing support to all areas of the Human Resources and Talent team across a range of functions
and projects impacting an employee's life cycle.

Job Description:
This role supports the Talent team with the below duties including, but not limited to, the following:
Interviewing & Onboarding:
meeting including date, time, location, important information such as resume, etc
- Assist with offer letter generation, liaison for collection of visa information, initiating background checks
through 3rd party vendor, reviewing results for completion, and alerting senior team members of
discrepancies, conduct reference checks to ensure new hire is ready to move to onboarding stage
- Assist with onboarding, entering new hire data into employee status database (ESD) and ensuring
Talent Operations team has all required information to complete onboarding
- Ensures all new hire documentation is filed as appropriate
Offboarding
- Support Talent team with coordination of exit interviews, ensuring copies of resignation letters are
received and filed, notifications are made via ESD
- Partner with Benefits team to secure exit paperwork and provide along with completed exit
questionnaire to Business Partner
- Ensure Operations and Payroll teams are notified timely of all terminations, including PTO balance
payout amounts, being mindful of payroll cut off dates
Employee Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of company policies, vision, values, and structure
- Assist with general customer service to our employees by answering questions regarding benefits,
PTO, company policies, etc.
- Support Talent team with adhoc memos, paperwork, approvals, etc.

increases, transfers, etc.
ensuring copies are acknowledged and filed as appropriate
- Support Talent team with scheduling for training, employee events, etc.
- Monitor completion rates for mandatory training, performance reviews and report results to Talent team
to address
- Assist Talent team with producing quarterly reporting for leadership on key metrics
- Maintain company data for internal portals, orientation decks and modify on an as needed basis
- Assist with network-wide projects and initiatives as needed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Background/experience and skills
- B.A./B.S.
degree in communications, business, or human resources
- 1 year of human resources related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Workday experience preferred
- Proficiency in English B2+ or higher
