**Human Resources Business Partner**
- Full-time, (hybrid)based in Costa Rica_
- You will report to _Tannya Patiño_
In this role, you will be part of a Nordic People & Culture team responsible for performing HR duties, working closely with and supporting line management and employees in Sweden.
As a specialist, you are knowledgeable in all HR functional areas, such as payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, recruitment, and legal compliance.
In the future we will outsource payroll and you will have an active role within this project.
**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Ensure functional leaders implement the necessary changes in a timely manner to remain compliant with legislative requirements
- Local point of contact for employees and managers for HR related request and questions
- Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to various stakeholders
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Bachelor's degree in related field and HR experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws
