The **Human Resources Business Generalist **is going to provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner for a medium to large organization including elements such as disciplinary actions process, follow-up in the action plans, organizational health, and employee relations to enable the organization to reach its business objectives.
**What you'll do**
- Work with the Senior HRBP to overall the talent management process including headcount management, top talent identification, talent development, succession planning, rewards systems, and performance management as well as organizational health initiatives including employee sensing and employee engagement programs.
- Provides counsel and support to line leaders on the execution of HR processes and/or management of employee relations cases and acts as a point of contact for employee concerns and/or questions.
- Partners with HR specialty areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR operations to execute the strategy and action plan.
**What experience you need**
- 1+ years of work experience in a Human Resources role, supporting large teams (500+ employees) in multinational companies within the Shared Services.
- College degree in Human Resources and/or relevant field
- Fully bilingual in Spanish/English; proficiency level B2 or higher (Belt)
- 1+ years of experience improving employee's experience and performance management through data analysis
