**Main Purpose of Job**: (Brief Summary)
The Human Resources Operations Clerk is an entry-level position in the Human Resources department. The Human Resources Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and office support to Human Resources personnel, in processes related to the administration of employee files, system data updating processes. This position serves as the main contact for the filing of documents and backup processes for recording changes in the system.

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare tickets for IT of the promotion processes carried out, based on Head Count reports, to update roles and permissions in the system.
- Prepare internal and external requisitions in the system, based on the area's requirements to meet the area's needs in both materials and services.
- Make changes to the official documents of the Master Control platform to ensure that the information remains current.
- Make advance inclusion records to the CCSS to be covered by insurance.
- Keep a historical record per employee of the employee's disciplinary regime, to validate whether the person meets the necessary conditions for participation in internal competitions.
- Manage the company's general employee file, based on established procedures, to guarantee the correct documentation of historical information in the employee's file.
- Provide support in tasks related to changes in the system related to new entries, exits, personnel movements, supervisor changes, for business continuity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Human Resources Tasks
- Supports the HR Staff in established and/or ad-hoc assigned tasks, such as and not limited to social events (funerals, monthly birthdays and anniversaries), logistics and others.
- Receives, handles and addresses employee confidential information including employee disciplinary actions, grievances and others related; adhering to managing all employee information as confidential at all times.
- Maintains and updates information for personnel ensuring proper treatment of confidential information.
- Performs general data entry, data assembling and reports.
- Back up for placing tickets into the QAD system for changes or exit personnel.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Executive Assistance
- Diligently assist Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist with all administrative activities as required with minimum direction and proactively.

Knowledge / Education
- High school degree is a must.
- Advance Students in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of general HR operations is a plus.
- English as a Second language at intermediate level is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Microsoft packages is a must

- At least one-year experience in professional internships.
