Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:3M IS HIRING A HTR Talent Acquisition Team LeadThe main key role of the HTR Talent Acquisition Team Lead is to provide day to day support to the team members, identify, assess, and manage areas of opportunity within the team, constantly research and implement innovative practices to continue to raise the bar in Customer Service Experience and ensure a differentiated and effective World Class Service Support.
Responsible for creation, analysis and distribution of Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timeliness execution.
Maintain customer focus, productivity and quality of services, through audit and other monitoring mechanisms to assure that policy, procedures, objectives, and customer service activities are carried out according to company procedures, SLAs and standards.
Leverage subject matter expertise to provide daily mentoring of the Team to resolve issues and build team member competenciesMain Duties & Responsibilities Ensures all services are provided as per the legal and statutory requirements as well as local business requirements for different countries and within agreed SLAs Recognizes and anticipates peaks in work volume or changes in service delivery requirements and works closely with Global Teams to ensure team is adequately resourced/ structured to meet these requirements Identifies process improvements, system enhancements needed to support the successful design, development and implementation of HR plans, programs, processes, and tools in collaboration with the Global Team.
Leads deployment and adoption of any new system or technology to enhance process in line with Global priorities Creates strong and healthy partnership with Local HR Departments Monitors performance and Service Level agreements, constantly focus on improving Customer Satisfaction.
Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience to deal with variations in work conditions and operations to solve diverse and complex problems Determines priorities and timetables, assigns resources/tasks, and provides performance feedback to meet or exceed service level agreement metrics Motivates and manages staff to meet and exceed service goals and continuously improve efficiency and quality.
Handles escalations as necessary to resolve issues and address concerns Resolves issues and conflicts related to team members and works on maintaining a healthy work environment.
Focuses on employee development, succession and career planning through coaching and development.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and/or 3 years of work experienceFully bilingual C1 (English / Spanish).
Fluency in Portuguese is highly attractive Effective People Management skills Preferred-Knowledge of HR systems such as: Workday Global team leadership skills/experience preferredStrong communication skills (both verbal and written) Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
Detail oriented and enjoys working with operational processes Exceptional customer service and quality-oriented mindset Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload HR background desirable Person Profile Ability to manage in a virtual working environment, fully utilizing technology and communication tools Process Improvement mindset and deliverables Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
