**The Workday Reporting Specialist is responsible for activities that include but are not limited to the design, build, test, and deployment of Workday reports.
**Collaborate on establishing reporting standards and support data governance.
** Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

- ** Track and update monthly release book of work for Workday report development**:
- ** Communicate production releases to Stakeholders**:
- ** Test Workday reports as needed**:
- ** Maintain scheduling and basic report maintenance**:
- ** Manage twice yearly Workday upgrade testing process**:
- ** Communicate risks or issues with report development delays**:
- ** Perform tasks related to Capacity Management/Planning**:
***Qualifications**:
- ** Bachelor's University degree completed / in progress**:
- ** Advanced Conversational English level**:
- ** Ability to create a consolidated report by combining data from multiple data sources**:
- ** Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills**:
- ** Strong written and oral communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills**:
- ** Background in understanding human capital data that could be used in building reports.

- ** Experience with Workday HCM is preferable.
