The Ops Support Specialist 5 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to managing cases, answering phone calls & live chats.
Additionally, the Ops Support Specialist 5 supports Employees navigating through direct access options available: Service Now, Help Center, Citi For You, Workday etc.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi HRSS Service model.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service to Citi's clients.
- Identify opportunities to offer value added self-service option to employees and finding solutions to their inquiries.
- Support any new service of products available for end users : Employees & Managers.
- Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- MInimum 1 year of relevant experience related to help center / support services
- Advanced English level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- High School diploma finished
