The Core HR Operations Support Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to, Record Room management, Reference Letters creation and delivering and support through Snow cases.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Core HR queue in a daily basis, this will be the main task
- Collaborate with projects where is determined that the analysts can participate
- Support Record Room when needed
- Deliver to the employees the reference letters when are requested in a physical way, this will take place onsite at the Citi Site, if requested to support Record Room tasks
- Assist with reference letters creation for all LATAM countries
- ** Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Service Now or case management experience preferred, not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
