The Core HR Operations Support Analyst
- Junior is a position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to, Record Room management, Reference Letters creation and delivering and support through Snow cases.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling of employees' physical documentation that needs to be, reviewed and archived at in country local Record Room
- Deliver to the employees the reference letters when are requested to be delivered in a physical way, this will take place at Citi facilities
- Assist with reference letters creation for all LATAM countries
- Assist with other cases in the Core HR queue when necessary, requests could include modifications to employee life cycle data-
**Qualifications**:
- English level: Intermediate
- Academic background: High school diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Demonstrated analytical skills and mathematical knowledge
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
