**Key responsibilities**
- **Technology Management**:
- Propose technological solutions aligned with Operations processes to allow the team to achieve client and internal targets on efficiencies and client experience.
- Act as Operations SPOC before the Product & Technology team for various projects such as Atlas platform migration.
- Engage with P&T as well as IT teams in technology changes and potential bugs / issues.
- Coordinate any transition of technology that impacts the Operations team.
- Provide training to the Operations team on various HR technologies.
- **Stakeholder management**:
- Conduct Business Excellence awareness sessions for different business units - both within Operations and with other departments.
- Manage the implementation of the action plan to cover the Business Excellence assessment related gaps: communicate the gaps with the required action plans to all business units; assist business units to develop action plans and conduct meetings to follow up on such implementation.
- Coach Operations teams to achieve client and internal targets on efficiencies and client experience.
- Build relationships with Operations team members in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects, as well as guaranteeing alignment of deliverables.
- **Process management**:
- Establish, analyze and optimize business processes based on system automation.
- Develop processes and tools to analyze the end-to-end processes and identify process improvements.
- Build standardization and predictability across Operations departments.
- Solve technology related problems that arise and come up with strategies and solutions on how to solve it.
- Support the Product and Technology team to implement automations (functional knowledge of tools required, not development related) and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to client requirements.
**About You**
- Higher education qualification, preferably in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Fluent in English + Specific regional language;
- MS Office, strong excel, Collaboration Tools, SharePoint, HRIS systems;
- 3+ years experience of HR and IT / HRIS related activities;
- Experience in roles which required interaction with IT & Technology management;
- Previous experience in HRIS and technology implementation;
- Experience working in complex, international / multi-cultural and fast moving environment.
