Job Description Role Summary Our global People Technology and Analytics team is looking for a HRIS Specialist to help drive our journey of evolving our digital landscape for managers and employees. The successful applicant's main role will be to support the day to day running including changes and issues across multiple HR systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, SmartRecruiters, and Cornerstone Learning. You will become part of a global team spread across five countries and will need to be flexible to move from working in one system to another to complete daily inquiries. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Experience in HR technology delivery and transformation change initiatives, in complex, global matrixed organisations Familiar with Oracle EBS and various Cloud HR technology and ecosystem of products - Oracle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Applaud, Service Now Strong collaboration skills and the ability to successfully navigate between global, regional HR teams, alongside Finance, and HRIT teams Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships and working collaboratively with our global process owners and business stakeholders Use initiative and take ownership of day-to-day activities, seeing these through to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Answering general inquiries or solving general issues that occur on our HR applications Auditing data on our HR applications in a regular cadence Managing bulk uploads of foundational data in our Core HR. Completing testing on changes within our Core HR system, ensuring all requirements are met. Qualifications Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR Technology systems and HR processes and payroll systems from a functional HR perspective. Experience governing HR data and working with stakeholders to determine appropriate access to PII. Strong Excel skills. Strong knowledge of human resource. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Additional Information This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
