Job Description:

HRIS Analyst (Workday).
As a critical member of our Global HR team, the HRIS Analyst provides functional administration support for all global HR systems including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting and training.
Our team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on HR system usage, functionality, data requirements and design for process improvement.
Responsibilities (may vary slightly by Ladder level):
- Administer assigned components of HRIS systems, programs and processes according to established policies, procedures and/or laws.- Monitor and review system upgrades and releases to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality.- Review and audit HR data on a periodic basis; take actions to help ensure integrity in systems and processes.- Perform key annual processes within Workday, including but not limited to: Bonus, Merit, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, Absence.- Responsible for ad-hoc reports within Workday based on business and/or customer needs.- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Visio skills are preferred.- Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, integrations, business processes and security in Workday.- Participate in implementation and update of HRIS modules.
Review quarterly release notes and communicate system updates to stakeholders.
Ensure systems are properly working after updates by developing test plans and executing them.- Review, assess and make recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of Human Resources technology.- HR system related implementations, which may include project plan management, status updates to stakeholders, coordinating meetings to advance projects, creating and conducting unit and user acceptance testing, developing and conducting training to impacted users and coordinating deployment strategy.
Skills/Education- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.- Experience (years vary by grade/level) administering the Workday HR system which includes configuration expertise in business process administration, configurable security, benefits setup and integration, Payroll integration, EIB integration, and report writing is required.- Ability to analyze business and technical processes and determine ways of making them more efficient.- Strong initiative and confidence; seen as a leader and "go getter." Must be able to facilitate as needed.- Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required.- Must be highly organized with close attention to detail and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while continuing to meet established deadlines.
