**Your role at Baxter**:
The HR Business Partner, or Human Resources Business Partner, plays a key role in the operation of HR processes, providing essential support to associates. This position is dedicated to supporting different areas of the Company, encompassing a wide range of human resources responsibilities. These include managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding and offboarding, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, coordinating training and development initiatives, and fostering employee engagement through strengthening organizational culture. The position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on involvement.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage recruitment processes, facilitate onboarding and offboarding, and oversee performance management to support different company areas, including manufacturing and operations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, fostering employee engagement and strengthening our organizational culture.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure quality in the recruitment process, from requisition creation to hiring and onboarding.
- Contribute to managing staff professional development, accompanying managers in developing annual performance plans and training needs.
- Develop programs to align with business requirements, strengthening our organizational culture and climate.
- Follow up on compliance with the Code of Conduct, ethics, values, and current legislation.
- Advise supervisors and managers on handling legal and labor situations, providing recommendations in conditions related to non-compliance with policies or procedures, labor conflicts, climate, interpersonal relations, ethics or values, and compensation.
- Support the initiatives of the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Program to ensure the highest level of personnel safety, health, and well-being.
- Implement and adapt global programs related to the area and follow up on corporate cluster guidelines.
- Use data analysis and reporting techniques to define, analyze, and measure the results of human resources programs, promoting the generation and analysis of data for decision-making.
- Collaborate with the communications area on relevant issues related to the above points.

**What You Will Bring to Baxter**:

- English language proficiency (B2+ minimum).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related career.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least two years as an HR Business Partner.
- Previous experience in supporting operations and manufacturing areas.
- Availability to work with our telecommuting policy.
- Efficient handling of MS Office packages, including Outlook, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel, and Word.
- Strong knowledge of Workday.
- English language proficiency.
