The Talent Coordinator is a critical partner for maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the main hub of the daily operations of our end-to-end staffing process, from a requisition posting to a new employee's first day of work.
**Some of the main tasks include, but are not limited to**:
- Ensure timely data management.
- Communicate requisitions and/or hiring process status.
- Audit and manage requisition records, from job postings to workflow steps.
- Support pre and post-offer processes and/or changes.
- Offer development and delivery support.
- Navigate a variety of challenges that may arise throughout the day to help resolve complex issues.
- Participate in meeting with sourcers and recruiters to provide updates about the hiring process.
- Collaborate on new Talent Coordinator training and ramping process to Intel.
- Attention to details at the execution of the work.
- Demonstrate process management in the execution of processes in compliance with desktop procedures and guidelines while navigating different tools.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple clients or priorities.
- Results-oriented, focus on quality, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Additional experience related to building a solid stakeholder management, collaborative environment, and clear communication with peers or business partners.
- Effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios.
**Qualifications**
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Must be pursuing or has completed a Technical or Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field OR 2+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of experience supporting hiring processes or managing Admin tasks for different stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) to manage data and reports and update processes as applicable
- B2+ English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Reporting capabilities: Data extraction and management.
- Experience using Workday and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
