**What you'll do**
- The HR Systems Analyst - Intermediate position will work with functional domain owners to capture initiative requirements, offer solutions for impact & great customer experience, and work with other Systems and IT resources to configure test, and support deployed solutions. This work includes:
- Partnering with stakeholders to analyze & prioritize system & process enhancement opportunities
- Developing requirements documentation for various business initiatives
- Understanding Workday functionality and business process configuration options to offer thought leadership for impactful, effective, and efficient solutions
- Active participation in the Workday Community and regional user groups
- Partnering with other Systems & IT resources to configure, test & deploy solutions
- Supporting our customers from a Tier 2 support perspective with any process or system issues related to the functional domain being supported (Tier 1 support handled by a team of HR Service Delivery professionals)
- Conducting user experience sessions with various stakeholders (employees, managers, HR Partners, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and collect the voice of the customer
- Supporting testing efforts associated with Workday's bi-annual "update" cycle
**What experience you need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
- 2+ years of HR systems support experience - requirements gathering & analysis, configuration, troubleshooting
- 2+ Strong understanding of **HR Systems & Process (Workday)**:
- 1+ Experience configuring & supporting **Workday business processes **in any key functional area
- 1+ Strong HR process & initiative acumen and technical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 - C1 BELT level)
