Reporting to the HRIS Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting various projects of our HRIS system and continuous process improvement. You will act as an analyst within the team and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of an HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) analyst typically include:
**System Administration**:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration, updates, and regular maintenance.
- Ensure data security and manage user access permissions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure compatibility with other company systems.
**Data Management**:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular checks.
- Support the implementation of procedures to ensure data quality and resolve inconsistencies.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Identify trends and anomalies in the data and propose solutions to resolve them.
- Present analysis results clearly and understandably to stakeholders.
**User Support**:
- Provide technical and functional support to HRIS system users.
- Train users on system usage and best practices.
**Project Management**:
- Participate in the implementation of new features or modules of HR systems.
- Collaborate with Talent & Culture and IT teams to plan and execute projects within the allocated time and budget.
- Monitor progress and regularly communicate project status.
These tasks may vary depending on the specific needs of the company and the technological environment in which the HRIS analyst operates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in management
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR technology or ERP system administration
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce an asset)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication and project management skills
- Six Sigma certification and/or project management would be an asset
