At least 2 years of experience handling HR-related processes.
Ability to manage confidential/sensitive information with care.
Literate in MS Office (intermediate-to-advanced in MS Excel)
at least 1 of experience managing large amounts of data.
Job summary

Key job responsibilities
Processes HR cases related to medical checks programs.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures and looks for efficiencies in the processes.
May work on project activities as assigned by Team Manager/Process Lead
Provides quickly and accurately to questions from different customers/stakeholders.
Prior experience creating Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Tools
SQL knowledge
Fluent in Portuguese (optional)
