The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Workday _Analyst_, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Managing employee data maintenance requests such as new hire processing, employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for 3M and non-3M employees, category change, pay/work schedules, effective date changes and execution of reversals._
- _ Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards, and country specific requirements,_
- _ Achieving Service Center's quality and volume targets and maintains customer satisfaction._
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in HR area
- previous experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage.
- Workday experience - desired
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
- Fluency in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

- _ Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint._
- _ Preferred-Knowledge of HR_ _systems_ _such as:_ _Workday;_ _People Soft; SAP,_ _Salesforce,_ _or other HR Systems_
