**This a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave**
The HR Services Coordinator will provide support by delivering accurate and timely administration of HR processes under the HR Services service offerings. This role will ensure operations excellence in employee HR processes. They will be responsible for managing operational employee life cycle process in Workday as well as but not limited to reporting, employee files, expenses, managing the new hire orientation and onboarding, and other initiatives and projects as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- New hire orientation and onboarding - Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, delivering onboarding training content, ensuring necessary paperwork and processes are completed, preparation of orientation schedules, and working with relocation, if necessary. Process Validation of employees and I-9 verifications as needed.
- Talent coordination - launch training and / or other talent or learning initiatives.
- Employee actions - ensure timely processing of approvals for transactions entered by employees as needed.
- Process governance / compliance - ensure all processes and transactions are done appropriate and are compliant.
- Expenses and invoices - manage and submit expenses and invoices for services rendered as needed. Process referral payments as needed.
- Employee files - prepare and maintain all domestic employee files in a paper or paperless format in accordance with local legal requirements.
- Other - support the HR operations team in other projects as needed.
Main Requirements:
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced English Level (C1)
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
