- 3+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources, Case Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Investigation, Payroll, Risk and/or escalation roles in corporate environments.
- Work experience in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel using pivot tables and Vlookup).
- Work experience in peer coaching, mentoring and/or training.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
Job summary
This is an hourly, full-time, back-office, permanent position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits.

The Human Resources Regional Center is expanding operations to Costa Rica and we are looking for a Process Lead(s) looking to build their leadership and HR skills and by teaching, coaching, and training their team team while supporting our North American Customer Fulfillment Operations Team.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the HR Centralization team as a Regional Center Process Lead.
This is NOT a virtual position.
Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, if selected for this role, all necessary equipment will be sent for you to work from home.
However, once our company provides clearance, you may be required to continue working from our SJO10 building, located in Calle Blancos, San Jose.

Key job responsibilities
- Our Regional Center Process Lead, will have the opportunity to make an impact by acting as the first point of escalation for HR Coordinators during their shift.
This is a dynamic and interactive role that provides foundational HR administration skills to individuals new to Human Resources or be a career for experienced HR administration professionals.
- Actively participate in Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) creation, modification and interpretation.
- Provide constant feedback to entry-level HR Coordinators regarding best practices and standard work.
- Ensure a positive experience between Fulfillment Center's site HR and Regional Center interactions.
A day in the life
Coaching and Training
- Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to team members.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on all processes you support.
Coach team members through quality audit feedback, new hire onboarding follow up.
Shift Management
- Providing training and guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Managing shift workflow while collaborating with other shift leads to ensure success by mitigating SLA risk and providing detailed end-of-shift washes, which outline work completed, any barriers faced, success stories and general call-outs.
- Be forward thinking and voice recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Role will rotate to be the "Shift Lead" for a respective shift.
Shift Leads facilitate Stand Ups and coach teams through the workflow processes.
Trains new hires.
**Problem Solving**:

- Acting as first point of escalation to client sites.
In partnership with your RC Manager, work with client sites to resolve escalation, and track and share with others to mitigate repetitive issues.
Customer Relations
- In partnership with your Regional Center Manager, work with assigned client sites to address questions, identify gaps, and resolve issues.
Data Analytics
- Produce and analyze reports to assist with labor planning and management.
Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, modification, and reporting.
**Compensation and Payroll**:

- Partner with multiple site managers to ensure payroll accuracy through audits, reporting, and proactive measures.
Roster Management
- Partner with multiple site managers to ensure roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications.
**Time and Attendance**:

- Partner with multiple site managers to ensure employees are on the correct schedule and shift patterns.
