**In this position, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for the preparation of reports for employee's compensation and benefits related items and statutory reports for example: Social Security, Income Tax, employee withholding, etc.
- Performs Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, investigation and clean-up of reconciliation items in close partnership with Finance department and Payroll Operations.
- Team up with local and worldwide business partners to resolve issues.
- Participates in process improvement projects.
- Partnering: Builds professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
- Financial and Accounting Analysis: Ease to troubleshoot data accuracy, understands and utilizes materiality; can shape the data.
- Communication: Develops and delivers information clearly and concisely, in a well-organized manner with expertise.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Intermediate English level.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, V-Lookup)
- Must be willing to work at least 36 hours per week.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
