The HR Support Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for employees and HR staff for inquires including, but not limited to HR Policies & Procedures, HR Systems, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. This role is also responsible for performing back-end transaction/data processing, ensuring that data is accurately loaded in the appropriate systems and in alignment with applicable policies, processes, and procedures, to generate meaningful reports. This role contributes to accuracy and integrity of critical HR data such as time, benefits etc. that drive accurate employee payroll and other critical processes.
**Requirements**:
- Provides centralized human resource services to associates and HR Partners for Workday, payroll, benefits, compensation and other transactions via calls and case management tools operating to meet and exceed established SLA's
- Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
- Maintain and/or correct data per data governance standards
- Recommends standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs for Tier 0 queries based on Sysco's standards and policies.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Make recommendations for improvement in procedures, make data corrections as necessary.
- Performs internal audits for compliance and accuracy of data.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Drive and optimizes business processes for time data maintenance and demonstrates understanding of the various systems that house human resources and payroll data as well as the integration between those systems and the time system.
- Works with human resource management system (HRIS), business technology, and payroll teams to deliver and maintain a high level of payroll accuracy rate
- Provide functional and transactional expertise in support of HCM implementation and upgrades (eg Workday HCM, Workday Payroll etc) Support HR Operations and HR leaders to drive adoption and adherence to Workday HCM and Business process
**Qualifications**:
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Workday HCM, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access and Internet Explorer.
- 1-3 Years' experience in an HR support services or HR Administrative role group OR minimum 1 year experience as HR Generalist
- Demonstrates customer service orientation.
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
- Ability to pay close attention to details, use time effectively and adhere to established service-level agreements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with case management tools, including telephony system.
**Education and / or Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field OR minimum 3 years' experience in HR support/administration or HR Generalist in lieu of degree
- SHRM-CP certification
- Experience in Workday HCM, ADP eTime and Payroll
- Administrative Support Workers (EEO-1 Job Categories-United States of America)
**Time and Attendance**:
- **Daily Audits**: XML Audit report, etime TLM report and eTime (for incorrectly set up TLM panels, inactives, LOAs) and Integration reports.
- **Projects**:Time clock inventory, Employee Group profile and Hyperfind Queries/site profiles (set up of standards at all sites, naming convention, retiring/ZZZrename, inventory), Supporting training materials.
- **Tickets** - Basic navigation, Password reset assistance, Time clocks (reboots, loaners and repair coordination), Employee Group profile updates, Hyperfind Queries and Reporting inquiries.
- Admin Support as needed for Time & Attendance Manager and eTime Analyst
