**Overview**:
The HR Immigration, Relocation & Compliance Coordinator position will oversee Tech Data's compliance activities with respect to HR policies, procedures, plans/programs and processes for compliance with laws and internal controls and regulations.
This position serves as the liaison EEO Officer for Tech Data's and our 3rd party vendors.
They will be an internal champion and respected advocate regarding the necessity and importance of HR compliance, recordkeeping and helping keep the organization focused on the primacy of these issues in their businesses.
They will provide guidance based on 3rd party recommendations on compliance and immigration related issues and keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations and guidelines and ensuring proper ownership and accounting for compliance.
This position also serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on immigration matters and processing.
The HR Compliance Coordinator works closely with members of the HR leadership and serves as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies as needed.
**English fluency **is required, multilingual is a plus!
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
**Immigration Case Management (40%)**:
- Maintain the immigration program that focused on ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor visa status and deadlines to ensure cases are initiated timely
- Create and accurately maintain Public Access Files and documents as required related to all work visas, permanent residence cases and other immigration matters
- Coordinate recruitment stage in the permanent residency process
- Coordinate Labor Condition Application (LCA) process, including posting and removing LCA notices and printing certified LCAs for signature;
- Identify supporting information and documentation needed from employees, business leaders and Human Resources to prepare petitions;
- Serve as an immigration resource within the organization and act as a liaison with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, business leaders and outside counsel;
- Provide visa processing status reporting to TA, HR and Hiring/Business Leaders as needed
- Maintain appropriate procedures to manage visa and immigration processing
**Relocation Case Management (30%)**:
- Working closely with oncoming new employees and 3rd party vendor for relocation ensuring relocated employee has everything they need and have all items needed for 1st day of work.
- Ensure new hire leverages all relocation benefits within the allotted time.
- Invoicing for Immigration and Relocation
**Reporting (15%)**:
- Pulls reporting for OFCCP & EEOC Audits
- Leveraging 3rd party portals for reporting, analytics and status updates
- Provides ad hoc reporting as needed
**Additional Duties (15%)**:
- Liaison for additional 3rd party vendors to include background provide and agency resources
- Backup support and partnership with Talent Acquisition Coordinators
- Other Duties as Required

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
**Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- High School Graduate required.
